- NOC Representitive

Candidates should have some data entry experience troubleshooting technical issues in a fast-paced customer service environment, with attention to detail. You will be responsible for monitoring Digerati’s network and traffic flow, working with partners, and running network monitoring systems. You must also be willing to be on call and available to work 24 hours a day, including weekends, possibly on a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Primary point of contact for all incoming trouble tickets, service requests and customer communication for any technical related issues
  • Monitoring VoIP traffic usage for customers and vendors and identifying potential problems
  • Coordinate troubleshooting of trouble tickets and network outages with carrier and customers. This may include performing testing with the carrier and/or customer via phone and email
  • Review and update all open trouble tickets, taking appropriate action towards getting the issues resolved
  • Perform test calls, verify customer complaints and take corrective action
  • Notify Sales group of any major changes in VoIP traffic or routes
  • Setting up new customer/vendor requests in billing system and on the network.
  • Performing weekly backups of network data

The position prefers the following skills and experience:

  • Basic knowledge of networking/IP environment
  • Basic knowledge of voice telecommunications and traffic
  • Ability to work “on call” outside of normal business hours
  • Good telephone skills, etiquette, and written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, physical layer and equipment configuration
  • Basic knowledge of backup utilities such as Microsoft Backup
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish or other language (not required, but helpful)


- Carrier Sales

We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic, results-driven individual to grow new sales.  This position will be responsible for obtaining new accounts for our wholesale international VoIP product line.  Day-to-day responsibilities include: initiating cold calls to potential clients, introducing and marketing our products with the primary goal of establishing relationships to grow business.  We are looking for an individual who desires a challenging opportunity with unlimited potential.  Focus and talent combine to make success.  This is an active sales role with some periodic travel required.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:

  • Previous experience interacting with customers in a fast-paced environment with strong commitment to customer service.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Extensive phone sales experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with special attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Highly motivated individual with the ability to work on multiple tasks.
  • Good computer experience with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Technical understanding of computer networks helpful.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Cold calling for new customers, open new markets, makes outside visits and presentations.​
  • Building of relationships with large accounts.
  • 20-30 calls per day with quarterly travel required.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
  • Create and maintain positive customer relations.
  • Focused on reaching company goals.
