Arthur
L. Smith - Chief Executive Officer
Arthur, also the CEO and President of ATSI, Inc. Digerati Networks' parent company, has over 14 years of specialized experience in the
telecommunications
industries within Mexico and the U.S. As the founder of
ATSI,
Mr. Smith has held various positions within the Company,
including
Chairman and CEO from June 1996 through July 2002 and
President of
ATSI de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. from August 2002 through April
2003.
Prior to founding ATSI, he served as the Director of
International
Sales for GeoComm Partners, Inc., an international
communications
firm based in Los Angeles, California, providing satellite
network
services to Fortune 500 corporations. As one of the original
members of the founding team, Mr. Smith was responsible for
planning,
organizing and implementing all sales-related activities
while spending
the majority of his time in Mexico. Arthur's Mexican heritage affords him fluency in Spanish and
knowledge
of the Latin culture.

Ruben R. Caraveo - President
As President, Ruben R. Caraveo brings Digerati Networks more than 21 years of leadership experience in the telecommunications industry, specializing in the areas of Sales, Product Marketing, Network Engineering, Data and Systems Analysis and Development. Mr. Caraveo also serves as Senior Vice President of Technology and Operations for Digerati's parent company, ATSI Communications. Mr. Caraveo joined ATSI in 2001 as Vice President of Network Planning and Consumer Operations. Prior to joining ATSI, he served as Vice President of Operations and Engineering of Vycera Communications, where he was responsible for overseeing all daily operations, including network engineering, marketing, and the network operations departments. Mr. Caraveo has also held senior management positions in a number of other companies, including Worldtel Interactive, Frontier, and WorldCom. Mr, Caraveo attended California State University, Northridge, School of Engineering.

Antonio Estrada - Sr. VP of Finance
Antonio
Estrada currently serves as Digerati Networks' Sr. VP of Finance and
Corporate
Controller. From January 2002 through April 2003, Mr.
Estrada served
as ATSI's, Digerati Networks' parent company, Director of International Accounting and
Treasurer. From
January 2001 to January 2002, Mr. Estrada served in various
roles
within ATSI, including International Accounting Manager and
General
Accountant. Prior to joining ATSI in 1999 he served as a
Senior Accountant
for the Epilepsy Association of San Antonio and South Texas.
Mr. Estrada
has more than 9 years' experience in the telecommunications
industry,
financial reporting, treasury management, internal audit and
accounting.
Mr. Estrada graduated from the University of Texas at San
Antonio,
with a Bachelors of Business Administration, with a
concentration
in Accounting. Mr. Estrada is fluent in English and Spanish.

Jorge Sepulveda - Manager of VoIP Services
Jorge Sepulveda, joined Digerati in late 2004 as Manager of VoIP Services. Jorge's prior experience includes Network Technical Support for Unocal in Houston, Texas, and most recently a Computer Configuration Specialist at Avnet, one of the world's largest Business to Business distributors of semiconductors, interconnect, passive and electromechanical components, enterprise network and computer equipment, and embedded subsystems from leading manufacturers. As Manager of VoIP Services, Jorge is responsible for the management of Digerati's Network Operations Center and Purchasing Departments.
